The Silicone rubber strip hole punch cutting machine is designed to automatically perform pre-feeding, precise hole punching, and cutting to length in a single operation. It is suitable for punching and cutting silicone and rubber strips with widths from 3 to 50 mm and thicknesses  ranges 2 to 5 mm.

The machine features a PLC touch screen control system, an automatic sensor-controlled feeding mechanism, stepper motor cutting, and servo motor–controlled feeding to ensure stable and accurate operation. Customized punching molds can be made according to the required hole size, while the punching quantity and hole spacing can be freely adjusted to meet different production needs.

Operating on 220V with an 800W power output, this Silicone rubber gaskets hole making machine requires an air pressure above 0.6 MPa for punching and supports punching diameters from 2 to 20 mm. It delivers a production efficiency of up to 100 strips per hour (based on a 500 mm length with five empty positions) or 15–20 rolls per hour at 50 meters per roll.

In addition, the sensor-controlled automatic feeding system enhances operational safety and accuracy by maintaining stable material feeding , hole punching and also the machine can do both straight and angle cutting ,customer can set different cutting angles on the machine freely .

1, Hole punching unit ,  this Silicone rubber die punching machine applies big air cylinder for punching holes on the silicone and rubber strips and gasket which is suitable to hole punch die cut different thickness and different shore hardness silicone and rubber strips . 

Hole sizes and shapes will be made by individual molds  ,hole to hole distance and hole punching amounts can be set on the machine touch screen . 

the silicone and rubber gaskets strips are led forward in one alignment for good processing punch die cut and cut to length . 

2,Cutting  units  , the silicone and rubber strip gaskets are fed to length by double transport belt bands , the double transport belt bands distance can be adjusted based on different sizes gaskets to hold gaskets tightly for transporting to fixed precision cutting length . the feeding motor is servo motor control of high precision . 

the cutting knife will cut the gaskets to different cutting length and with knife fixture under it , it can cut gaskets strips cross section very straight .  besides , the cutting knife can rotate its cutting angle to cut different angle degrees of silicone and rubber strips . 

3,  Auto prefeeding units  , this Silicone rubber gaskets hole making machine  had been equiped with auto prefeeding convey belts as well , it will take signal from the feeding sensors , the feeding sensor can sensor different position of silicone and rubber strips , when silicone rubber strips in high position  , it will increase auto prefeeding to avoid tension during feeding process , when silicone rubber gaskets in low position ,it will order prefeeding units to reduce the prefeeding speed , so the gaskets strips won't always keep in low position . 

4, PLC touch screen , this Silicone rubber die punching machine applies with PLC touch screen and combination of key physical buttons  which will be easy to operate ,it allows workers  to set different production quantity ,batch quantity ,different cutting lenght , hole punching amount and hole to hole distance and machine speed to accomodate its daily production volumme need.
