Quality check process for supplied spare parts .
All the spare parts related to our cutting machine products from our supply chain will conduct a quality check refering to the standard test list . then they can be allowed into the stock shelf . the QC staff will mark up each batch of spare parts for future tracing back .
With first step check ,QC deparment are able to clear potential machine quality failure .
Assembly process
ESMAI assembly line live up to the principle of high division of task and one person for one divided task to ensure stringent quality demand .
For big heavy machinery, ESMAI have specifical work shop for it . It divide the complicated assembly into little steps , each step will have a fixed staff to do that . the staff in responsible for just one step process will be proficient in his step with thousands times of practice .
below is semi-assembled high speed silicone tube profile cutting machine ES-085 stocks ,the machine is designed for high speed cutting silicone and rubber tubes and profiles , once we get order from customer , we can fully assemble and finish production of this machine in 2-3 days

Our fully automatic bonding machine for silicone and rubber seals is widely trusted and liked by our overseas silicone and rubber extrusion customers. It processes up to 15 strips simultaneously and delivers a daily output of 20,000–36,000 pieces..
Testing process
Every assmbled-up machine will be checked by our QC members , they will do a function test based on the standard test list . this step is extremely important . so the machine tested by whovever QC staff will be accounted for . if any failure of machine will be traced back to specifical QC staff ,so their work calls for seriousness .
Once meet with the approval of QC . the machine will be fowarded to packing process .
Packing &delivery processs
The cutting machines will be packed up based on safety standards to avoid damage in rough transportation overseas .
For goods weight under 30KG , the machine will be packed with cartons ,inside the carton we will put foam paddings around the machine to protect it.
For heavy machinery , we will pack up the goods with wooden case , but firstly , we will wrap the machine up with foams sheets and fix the machine onto the wooden case stands for better protection .
ESMAI provides the ODM customised cutting solution which customers can present their idea and needs to us , we will record them in a document and make a list .
The document will be fowarded to our engineering department , they will make schedule to work on customer's request and turn customer idea and needs to into reality .
ESMAI have the resourceful supply chain in China and professional &inovative engineer members to design the cutting machines which meet customer needs . eigther we do minor adjustment on the machine or we design a whole new machine.
Once a new machine product is made or a original machine is upgraded , it will go into the inspection and simulation production test process with all the processing material customer use . after one week close inspection , it can be applied into customer's workshop . ESMAI will continue to follow up the new machine feedback from customers and do improvement which is necessary.
The customised cutting machine product that ESMAI engineering team make stick to the principle of being easy to use , practical in function and budget in price .
ESMAI start up the engineering deparment in 2020 with engineering staff up to 10 people from different academic grounds, some with many years of hands on experiences . 30% of ESMAI 's yearly revenue is injected into research area.
ESMAI is clearly aware of the fact that you can only stand out when you have your unique product and are capable of meeting with your customer's request , so it calls for a team of engineering staffs which can self innovate and turn customers' idea and demand into reality.
ESMAI engineer team will analyze the demand of customer and have meeting discussions to design the solution and make a list of the spare parts that they need , our purchase and production deparment will back them up with spare parts that need . for general machine structure shells , our external molding deparment will answer to that. Prototype machine will be assembled by the engineering staff themself . once the new moldel machine is made , the new machine assembly process will be passed on to workshop staff for mass production.
All work that the engineering team work on will be customer oriented and in track with the market trends .
ESMAI engineering team will not alway be confined in house , they are constantly needed in customer's production site . only when they are close to customer , they can understand the pain point that the customers have and know how to enable the new designed cutting machine solve the pain point.
