With the advantage of  fast winding tube into small roll performance,  This automatic tubing coiling and stacking machine efficiently winds like 20-30–50 meter tube rolls at 30–80 rolls per hour,besides ,the ranking unit arranges rolls neatly layer by layer, ensuring consistent stacking and in good tube roll form .

Controlled via a PLC touchscreen interface for setting roll length, ranking width, speed, and weighing parameters, this Silicone extrusion winding machine will be easy to operate and use . normally customer simply set the 

tube roll length and start the machine will be ok and the machine will do the rest .when material runs out , the machine will stop working . 

The tube roll  length ranges 1–500 meters (based on 8mm tube diameter) and processing tube diameter  1–20mm ,we have two ranking width （tube roll heigth of 150-200mm as option

1, High speed winding  unit,  the winding tray winds silicone or rubber tubes profiles into small roll with high speed driven by high power servo motor  with stable performance . the winded tube rolls can be easily taken off from one side by shrinking the side boards will be ok from the center core.
