The fast silicone rubber tube profile precision cutting machine ​ ES-085-1  is designed for high-speed, high-accuracy cutting of silicone and rubber tubes, cords, and profiles directly behind an extruder. Equipped with a PLC touch-screen control system, a high-speed servo cutting motor, and a variable-frequency feeding motor, it delivers precise and consistent cutting performance across a wide range of materials, including silicone tubes, rubber tubes, foam strips, shaped profiles, and PVC pipes.

This high-precision tubing cutter machine automatically synchronizes its cutting speed with the extruder using a ground-sensor system, ensuring stable operation and smooth production flow. It offers a cutting range of 2–99999.9 mm, with ±1 mm length accuracy (based on a 1-meter tube) and can achieve outputs of up to 1000 pieces per minute for short-length products.

【Product Details】

1, Ground sensor device ,  the ground sensor device of this Fast Rubber profile cutting machine enables the cutting machine speed matching  with extruder machine speed .   the sensor range is adjustable by changing upper and down sensor position , when the cutting material is high position of sensor , the cutting machine feeding speed will be lowered  when cutting material is low position of sensor range , the cutting machine speed will go higher to ensure smooth feeding process all the time and work in harmony with extruder machine . 

2,Feeding unit  , the feeding unit is made up double transport belt bands and driven by servo motor control , the double transport belt bands with large contacting surface with silicone or rubber tube profile material which avoids slipping and ensures cutting length precision and the double transport belt bands distance can be adjusted to hold tightly different size tubings ranges 3-40mm which is wide application to all sizes and all shapes of silicone and rubber ,foam rubber profiles  etc . and when the safety cover  opens accidently by workers , the machine would stop immediately for protection of workers  (Safety gurantee ). 

The leading fixture ensures smooth feeding of silicone and rubber tube profiles in one alighment . 

3,  Cutting system   , this High-precision tubing cutter machine  had equipped with knife fixture under the knife which holds rubber or silicone profile tubes stable for straight cutting cross section , there is also water container loaded down side the knife ,  the cutting knife will dip into the water container with water ,it will avoid sticking with some soft rubber or silicone material and ensures smooth and straight cutting edge of low shore hardness silicone or rubber extruded material  .   

For safety concern , the cutting knife is fully covered up  with safety cover during operation and  when safety cover opens  accidently , it will trigger alarm and the machine will stop working imedidately 

4, Collection shelf & blowing device  ,this automotive rubber profile tube cutter machine  had been equiped with collection conveyor belt to move out cut to length gaskets smoothly from cutting machine and  the blowing device will be blowing cut to length gaskes from the conveyor belt off to  collection shelf

The collection belt moving speed is adjustable based on cutting machine speed  .
