The upgraded No.4th generation fully automatic sponge rubber O-ring cutting and splicing machine  ES-060-1 is specially designed for automatic cuting and splicing extruded sponge and foam ,edpdm rubber gaskets into o rings 

It integrates automatic feeding  sponge rubber , cutting gaskets to fixed cutting length , dipping gaskets ends with fast dry glue , bonding  gaskets  joint and discharge  bonded o rings  into collection baskets in one machine . 

This foam rubber o ring gaskets fully automatic cutting and splicing machine is capable of processing 15 O-rings simultaneously with precise cutting length and good bonding joint  and  significantly increasing output while maintaining length precision and joint quality .  

The machine complies with German safety standards, featuring a fully enclosed transparent PVC safety cover which makes workers can easily monitor what happens inside the machine  , when Opening the safety cover during operation, the fully automatic o ring bonding machine will  immediately stops working for concerning the worker safety .

The Sponge rubber O-ring fully automatic cutting and splicing machine (No.4th generation ) processes 15 pieces simultaneously for O-rings with diameters 1–9 mm.With an enlarged feeder, 8–10 pieces can be processed at once for larger diameters (9–15 mm).Maximum cutting lengths available: 1 m, 1.5 m, or 2 m; minimum length: 230 mm (customizable to 190 mm)  .for cutting length accuracy ,Sponge rubber: ±2 mm (500 mm) / ±3 mm (1000 mm) and for EPDM or non-sponge rubber: ±1 mm (500–1000 mm), The Daily production capacity: 20,000–36,000 pieces (based on 10-hour operation, depending on cutting length).

【Product Details】

 1,Feeding sytem allowing 15 pcs sponge rubber gaskets to be fed and processed at the same time  .the sponge or edpm rubber  cords gaskets are loaded individually on the fixture of the feeder , one fixture for one pc gaskets  in one alignment ,so  they do not cross each other in feeding process 

It ensures smooth feeding in the feeding  process . 

Every pcs gaskets passes under one sensor wheel , when gaskets pulls up the sensor wheels in feeding process , the sensor wheel will leave off the sensor beneath it , the sensor light shows up and signal feed roller to feed more

gaskets , it avoids tension in feeding process and maintains precise cutting length . 

2, Strong supported cutting unit ensuring 15 pcs gaskets to be cut in straight cross section finish 

 This Foam rubber o ring gaskets fully automatic cutting and splicing machine  applies with  strong backed supportive board  so that the knife would cut straightly down  without bending back and ensures straight and clean cutting edge .  the rails inside the knife had been upgraded to ensure longer life span . 

3,Left and right clip hands ,  the right clip will draw 15pcs sponge rubber cords to fixed cutting length and knife cut gaskets to length , the right clip hand dips gaskets against the glue dipping boards with instant glue  and the left and right clip hand will connect glue-dipped gaskets ends to form a good after glue gets cured fastly 

4,Glue dipping unit ensuring even distribution of glue on the gaskets ends without adhesive residue on the joint 

5,Middle suppprter .  when gsakes passes over the middler supporter , the middle suporter will automatically goes up and support up the gaskets to avoid it from weighing down and maintains cutting length length precision .

6,  Isolated button for easy control of the machine ,  An isolated control button is provided for manual machine adjustment. When this button is pressed, the machine completes one full operating cycle and then automatically stops. This allows operators to safely open the safety door and access the internal components for manual adjustments.

7,Noise reduction mechanism 

A noise suppressor is installed on the feeding system, allowing the machine to run quietly with very low noise levels.

8,Collection unit  to save labour to collect bonded o rings , the collection hand will take over bonded o rings from the two clip hands and foward to collection bar for workers to further check joint quality on the joint again before dropping to collection baskets

100 product formulas

The system supports up to 100 product formulas. Each formula stores all key production parameters for a specific type of silicone rubber gasket — including cutting length, heat-curing time, length compensation, glue dipping time, and left/right clip hand settings. With one-click retrieval, operators can instantly recall previous production setups without manually re-entering parameters 

Auto calculation of cutting length compensation value (when you set certain length, the actual cutting length will be the same)

We can input 20 auto calculation of cutting length compesation value formulas created by ourselves based on the property of the gaskets material and download the formula for use with one key download . with this formula created , the actual cutting length will be same as the as the setting length .

Pack up amount and pack up time setting

Both the pack-up quantity and pack-up interval time can be set directly on the machine. Users can specify the desired number of bonded O-rings per batch. Once the machine reaches that preset quantity, it automatically pauses for a defined duration—referred to as the “packaging time.” This pause duration can also be adjusted on the machine to allow operators sufficient time for manual packing.
