The ES-060-1 Fully Automatic Rubber O-Ring Cutting and Bonding Machine is designed for processing ready  winded rubber gaskets rolls into o ring gaskets in one machine . It supports cutting lengths from 230 mm to 2000 mm and features a simple, user-friendly touch-screen interface with full Chinese and English display, parameter recording, real-time monitoring, and alarms. The machine can process a wide range of materials, including silicone, foam, and various extruded gasket profiles such as round, square, rectangular, and customized special shapes through interchangeable molds.

A single unit can replace the workload of 4 to 6 operators, thanks to its fully automated system that handles  feeding, cutting, gluing, putting in molds for bonding, and unloading of completed O-rings. The customized automatic feeding system allows rubber gasket rolls to be fed directly into the machine, with operators only responsible for load on with roll form materials and ensure glue tank had glue. .

The machine processes 15 pieces per production cycle, with a cycle time of 15–45 seconds, depending on product length. This allows an output capacity of 1200 to 3000 pieces per hour. The upper and lower fixture molds include a silicone-oil coating to ensure accurate, non-dislocated joints while preventing glue from sticking.

To enhance safety, the machine is equipped with a fully enclosed transparent safety door that immediately stops operation when opened. The upgraded control program supports storage of 100 product formulas, enabling one-key retrieval of previous settings—including cutting length, glue dipping position and times, and glue flow-down time. Automatic length-compensation ensures the actual cutting length always matches the set value.

With simultaneous processing of 15 pieces, the machine achieves daily productivity of 20,000–36,000 O-rings in a 10-hour shift, ensuring precise cutting lengths, strong bonding strength, and consistently high product quality..

【Product Details】

 1,Feeding Rubber  tubes in ready roll forms with customise feeder system 

The feeder shelf is 9.9 meter length long which is spliced together by four feeding units ,each feeding unit is roughly 2meter length 

Customised holder plate which is made based on the winded gaskets rolls diameter sizes . 

15pcs rubber gaskets are fed at the same time with individual fixture to keep gaskets feeding in one alignment . 

Every pc rubber tube gaskets are fed by one invdidual feeding rollers inside in the feeding system 

15pcs rubber gaskets roll are loaded and fixed on the feeding unit . 

Since the rubber gaskets roll are heavy weight , when rubber gaskets are fed foward , The roll holder plate will release rubber gaskets roll itself  to avoid pulling tension and ensures smooth feeding process and maintains cutting length precision . 

when sensor wheels are being lifted up , it will sinal auto feeding process by the roller plater holder 

rubber gaskets passing under the sensor wheels 

to increase sentivity for larger rubber gaskets , we can add a weigning bar to increasing feeding sensitivity . 

 2, Cutting knife enabling straight cutting cross section of rubber gaskets 

The strong air air cylinder on top enabling all 15 pcs of rubber gaskets of different shore hardness and sizes are cut off easily 

This cutting system enables the cuting cross section for all 15pcs gaskets are straight which secures  good joint quality without dislocation . 

3, Dipping glue system 

The instant glue was held in the glue container , the glue dipping boards will dip in with instant glue and leave glue to flow down on the diping boards to form a thin glue coating for rubber gaskets to dip with instant glue and controls glue dipping amounts for good joint o rings without much adhesive residues . 

4, Middle supporter , The middle supporter will  lift up to support the weight of rubber gaskets when rubber gaskets length are drew over them by the right clip hands . 

this supporting avoid rubber gaskets from weighing down and maintains cutting length precision 

5, Left and right clip hand are driven by high quality HFCA servo motor ensuring stable and precision movement are executed  

The right clip hand will draw rubber gaskets to fixed cutting length and dipping with instant glue , the left clip hand will take the cut to length gaskets and help bond rubber  gaskets into o ring gaskets .after they finish one cycle movement and keep with the movement cycle to ensures precision bonding and quality uniformity. 

6, Fixture mold  to hold rubber gaskets well for joining in good quality without dislocation afer  instant glue gets cured  and with special silicone oil coating ,the instant glue will not stick with the silicone oil-coated fixture molds
