The big epdm rubber cords fully automatic cutting and bonding machine is designed for  automatic cuttng and bonding big epdm or other rubber cords gaskets  of up to 20mm diameters  with good bonding and strength and small cutting length tolerance .  it heat bonds rubber adhesive to cure for good and elastic bond of ruber cords into O Rings . 

This big epdm rubber cords fully automatic cutting and bonding machine  had applied with joint quality inspection shelf for good manual inspection of bonded O Rings  which makes sure all bonded O Rings are good quality before packing , it applies with four sets rotation hot molds for heating bonding rubber cords gaskes into O Rings at the same time which is high productivity .    with big air cylinder to support with strong cutting force and customised fixtures , the cutting of 5-6 big rubber cords of 20mm diameter is easy and with straight cutting cross section which make the bonding joint look very nice . 

The minimum cutting length is 300mm and maximum cutting length is 2000mm , the machine is suitable to process rubber cords gaskets of 10-22mm  , it can process 5-6 pieces of rubber gaskets at the same time .  the cuting length tolerance ranges 500mm±2, length 1000mm±3

1, Knife cutting and fixtures , To cut the big rubber cords of 20mm diameters easily with straigh cutting cross section for a good bond ,we applies with reinforced and strong back supporters behind the knife to give best support when it cuts down , the supporter board won't bend back and make sure a clean cutting off rubber cords without any  small joints .  the cutting knife was powered by heavy force  big air cylinder on top  which ensures easy cutting of 5-6 pcs  of rubber cords of 20mm diameters . 

the bottom fixture support is also important for good and clean cut of rubber cords ,we applies with round fixture similar to sizes of rubber cords for good cutting support at the bottom . 

The downside air cylinder is also heavy force which lifts up the bottom fixture for good support and easy cutting of big rubber cords 

2, Four Hot molds  , this Fully automated rubber cords O Ring gaskets joining machine  applies with four rotation hot molds which heat bond rubber cords at the same time with all four set molds working at the same time to heat bond rubber cords into O Rings which increase productivity .  the heat time and heating temperature can be set individually on each set mold with isolate control . 

For bonding big and strong rubber cords, the heat mold is deisgned more wider for holding rubber cords steadily in hot mold for bonding to avoid  big rubber cods of 20mm diameters from bouncing back when bended into  O Rings . 

3, Adhesive container,  this Large rubber cord O Ring full automatic cutting and splicing machine  had applied with adhesive containers on both ends for epdm rubber gaskets to dip with adhesive against the adhesive dipping boards . the adhesive container cap keeps close when  rubber cords not dipping glue from it  so as to avoid fast volatilization of rubber adhesive . 

4, Feeder shelf ,there is a feeder shelf placed behind this large rubber sealing cord fully automatic bonding machine  which allow 5-6 pcs rubber cords 

to be processed at the same time . 

when the rubber cords are pulled up ,  the sensor wheel will leave off the sensor beneath it , the sensor detects the leave of sensor wheel ,it will order the feeding roller to feed rubber cords foward , this continuing process avoids tension during feeding process and maintains cutting length precision for big rubber gaskets . 

5, Joint quality inspection shelf  ,  the joint quality inspection shelf is placed behind the machine  which will take over bonded rubber O Rings from the collection hands  and hang on the inspection bars for manual inspection of joint quality  before packing up  . 

6, PLC touch screen  , The touch screen brand is FANYI ,  customer can set the cutting length , production quantity  and adhesive heating time and temperature , dipping glue times  and dipping glue interval time , for fast volatilized rubber adhesive ,we  can set dipping glue interval time for adhesive to get dry for a few second and dip adhesive again . 

7,Middle supporter , this big Rubber cords drainage gaskets automatic cutting and welding machine  had been equipped with middle supporter which applies with  middle support to support the weight of big rubber gaskets passing through it ,  it avoids heavy rubber cords from weighing down and consequently maintains cutting length precision
