The Automatic Silicone rubber O-ring cutting and splicing machine ES-060 (No.4th upgraded version)    is engineered to streamline the production of silicone gasket O rings. With a complete automation system, this advanced machine handles cutting, gluing, and bonding of silicone profiles into O-rings—delivering high precision, safety, and consistency. The latest generation of this machine has undergone several key upgrades to enhance performance, safety, usability, and maintenance.

The upgraded ES-060 model is now equipped with a full transparent polycarbonate (PC) window, offering an unobstructed view into the machine's working area. This improvement enables operators to visually monitor the internal operations in real time. In the event of a malfunction, operators can respond immediately by pressing emgerncy button from behind and front . 

For improved operator safety, the  Silicone rubber O Ring full automatic joining equipment  now features a fully enclosed safety door with integrated safety sensors.  The touchscreen control panel is placed outside the machine, eliminating the need to reach into the work area during operation for safety protection  and Safety sensors trigger an automatic shutdown if the door is accidentally opened with advanced safety protection levels

The adhesive application system has been redesigned for easier maintenance , Simplified removal and cleaning of the glue brush assembly ,easy to clean the adhesive with direct taking off of the glue brush . 

The cutting unit now includes a strong back support structure for the cutting knife. This prevents deformation or bending of the backing plate, resulting in straight, precise cutting cross-sections and Improved bonding quality for O-ring joints. 

To create a quieter production environment: , A sound-dampening module is integrated into the feeding system. The machine operates with minimal noise, even during full-speed production.

15 pcs of silicone tube or gaskets can be processed on the machine which ensures high productivity of 20000-36000pcs per day(based on the cutting length and gaskets size,10hour a day) 

Operators can now configure batch and interval settings for packing: and set a specific quantity of bonded O-rings per batch. Upon reaching the preset quantity, the machine pauses automatically for a user-defined "packaging time." This pause gives workers sufficient time to complete manual packing before the machine resumes.

Full transparent PC window

The upgraded ES-060 applies with full transparent PC window to allow workers to see clearly what happens inside without any blank spots ,if any malfunction.

We can save the situation in time by either pressing emergency button in front

Fully enclosed safety door (For safety purpose)- touch screen placed outside the machine, the touch screen is placed outside the machine ,so workers don’t have to reach inside the machine for operating for safety concern .

The safety door had sensors , when safety door accidently opens by workers , the machine will stop itself immediately for safety protection

We had equipped an isloated button here , if workers want to manually adjust the machine ,he can press this isolated button , the machine will finish one cycle movement and stop itself . so workers can open the safey door and reach inside for manual adjustment of the machine .
