The ESMAI ES-138 Silicone O-Ring and Lunch Box Lids Assembly Machine is designed for the efficient and accurate assembly of silicone gaskets with plastic lunch box lids. Equipped with both automatic feeding (directly from the plastic lid injection machine) and manual feeding (material pile mode), the machine offers flexibility to meet different production needs.
The machine can work behind the plastic injection machine or with plastic lids piles in advance and load up to 160 O-rings at a time, this automatic plastic lids silicone oring sealing machine achieves a productivity rate of 782 pieces per hour. It supports gasket perimeters ranging from 250–900mm (customizable), making it suitable for a wide variety of lunch box lid designs, including a standard size of 1000mm perimeter.
The food container oring gaskets assembly machine is built with customized fixtures, ensuring perfect compatibility with different lid sizes and profiles—whether round, square, or other customized silicone profiles. Key components include Xinjie PLC, Hechuan Drive, Fanyi Panel, and Taiwan Airtac air cylinders, ensuring durability and stable performance. 1,Siicone o ring gaskets loading fixture
the silicone o ring gaskets are loaded manually onto the four loading fixtures, each loading fixture can hold rough 40 pcs of silicone o ring gaskets , the loading fixtures can also be customised if needed .
The clip hand will take the silicone o ring gaskets from the loading fixtures and drop it onto the silicone o ring extension fixture which it will extend to
full size of silicone o ring inside perimeter and get silicone o ring tightly for assembly purpose.
There are also sensors which can detect silicone o ring which dropped onto the silcone extension fixture and signal the silicone extension fixture to extend to full size which fits silicone o ring tightly
2, Assembly punching head
This silicone gaskets plastic cap assembling machine applies with big assembly punching head which it will take the silicone o ring gaskets from the silicone extension fixture first and then punch it into the plastic or lunch box lids.
3,Holding fixtures
Here are two position holding fixture from both side of the convey belt bands which will come close each and hold the plastic lunch box lids when the luch box lids are conveyed to its location and hold position of luch box lids for punching assembly silicone o ring gaskes into lunch box lids .
4,Convey belt for release finished product
The assembled lunch box lids with silicone o ring gaskets will be fowarded into collection baskets.
