The big round velcro punch cutter machine  ES-071  is designed for die cutting different  big shape velcros and other material tapes ,the punching die cut mold will be customised based on customer's velcro shape and sizes .   

The maximum cutting width is 200 mm which allow this machine to cut big  size and different shape material , the punch  die cut speed of  this velcro die cut machine  can be adusted based on production requirement, this large size velcro shape cutter  applies with high power motor up to 1.5kw which drives the heavy punching mold easily and gurantees steady die cut performance .

Compared to the  the old type of roller cut type machine  which cause deshape of cutting material  and need to change EVA foam sheets on the roller frequently  , this round corner velcro cutting machine not only ensures  that every  velcro are die cut out in exact sizes but also the die cut material leave off the original material straightforwardly  which do need require further post taking off them from the original material manually .
