For the webbing elastic automatic cutting machine , it will support with hot and cold cut , a self feeder from behind to feed in the cutting material ensuring no pulling from behind and guarantee length cutting precision especially for woven braided elastic bands
For rope cutter , we have two types of heavy cuttter , one is purely heat melt cutting machine and the knife force is backed by an air cylinder . it will be suitable to cut all kinds of strong ropes . the rope is melt off by high temperature .
the other one can do both hot and cold cut , the power is very high and also able to cut both ropes and multi thick webbings in high productivity.
For the label cutting machine , it will call for precise and complete cut for every labels , ESMAI had designed the cutting machines with electrical eye device equiped on the machine which the electrical eye will be able to trace the color and ensures precise cutting of labels . meanwhile ,the labe cutting machine will support with hot and cold cut , ultrasonic cutting to help seal off the cutting edges for woven labels to avoid fraying edges.
For hook and loop cutting machine , except for the normal straight cut, customer will need to cut round edges and full round edges , one side straight and one side round and corner round edges and other shapes ,ESMAI can customise the knife molds to enable the machine to cut out the velcro shape that customer want.
