The machine’s core function is to separate and collect 6 pieces of silicone rubber gaskets into baskets simultaneously. As a professional silicone rubber gasket separationequipment, its working efficiency ranges from 1000 to 2000 meters per hour, and the speed is adjustable according to the extruder’s speed, ensuring flexible adaptation todifferent production needs of silicone rubber gasket processing.

It is equipped with high-quality main components: Hechuan servo motor, Xinjie PLC touch screen, guaranteeing stable and reliable operation of the silicone rubber extrusion gaskets separation and collection machine.
