This   Sponge rubber O ring gaskets fully automatic cutting and joining machine with joint quality inspection is engineered for the fully automatic cutting, joining, and quality inspection of sponge rubber (foam rubber) extruded gaskets formed into O-rings. Designed to improve production efficiency and consistency, this  machine cuts and bonds extruded sponge rubber into O-ring shapes while simultaneously inspecting the joint quality.

Defective or weakly bonded O-rings are automatically will be cleared away, while only properly good joined O-rings are collected, saving  the need for manual inspection and reducing labor costs

To ensure setting length to be same as actual cutting length ,  the machine calculates and applies real-time length compensation tailored to each gasket type. Up to 20 distinct compensation formulas can be saved and quickly retrieved via a user-friendly touchscreen interface, enabling fast changeovers and ease of operation  . 

This machine is capable of processing up to 15 sponge rubber gaskets  at the same time, delivering high outputs  ranging from 20,000 to 36,000 O-rings based on  cutting length of 350–550 mm and a 10-hour operating shift.

To meet different production needs of different customers, the machine comes in three cutting length options—1 meter, 1.5 meters, and 2 meters. Customers can select the ideal model based on the maximum gasket length they need to process.

The  minimum cutting length is 230mm( can be customised to 190mm if needed ) and process diameter range of 1-9mm. For diameters between 9-12mm or even bigger diameters, customers can equip the machine with an additional enlarged feeder will be ok .

To disperse glue smell inside the safety door enclosed machine , a glue extraction fan runs periodically—it extracts  glue smell every 10 minutes with a 1-minute  working time—to minimize adhesive smells and maintain a clean air  environment inside the machine . 

A key advantage of this fully automatic foam rubber cutting and bonding machine is that it integrated joint quality inspection system. The collection arm performs an automatic pull test by stretching each bonded O-ring at the joint and holding the tension with duration. If the joint is weak and breaks, the defective O-ring drops off the arm and is automatically discarded. 2,High quality joined O Ring gaskets with joint quality inspection device  

 This foam rubber cords cutting and bonding machine applies with  joint quality inspection hands to take bonded O Rings from two clip hands and do the pulling test , the bad or weak bonded O Rings will be pulled apart and clear away and good ones will stays on the inspection hand and drop to the conveyor belt bands . 

The glue heating light will make the instant glue to dry more faster and strength the bond for post inspection process. 

For small size and soft sponge rubber gaskets, the inspection hands reaches from top and downside of the two clip hands and opens outwards  and clamp on to take bonded O Rings from the two clip hands .  for bigger size sponge rubber gaskets , the inspection hand direct reaches in from the two sides of clip hands .

 This Foam rubber O-ring cutting and splicing machine applies with practical  glue dipping system for rubber gaskets to dip against glue dipping boards with glue . the  glue dippping boards will dip down into glue container every time rubber gaskets dipping glue from it to ensure there is a alway glue for distribution on gaskets joints . the glue flow down time after glue dipping boards dipping glue can be set to control glue amount with a thin glue thickness on the dipping boards based on different  cross section sizes of rubber gaskets . 

Glue release amount is controller by air pressure which can be adjusted by the two glue air pressure adjusters on top . 

8, Cutting to length  & Dipping glue & Joining  into O Rings by two clip hands , the right clip hands of the machine will draw the sponge rubber gaskets to fixed length and cut off by the knife  and dip against the glue dipping boards with instant glues and work with left clip hands to connect two gaskets ends for joining . 

9, Setting cutting length to be same with actual cutting length . 

All the cutting length will be same , but the setting cutting length will be different from actual cutting length , with length compensation value auto calculation formula ,we will make sure setting  length to be same as cutting lenghth  with 20  formulas to be uploaded and downloaded .
