【Product Details】

1, 5-6 pcs of  silicone gaskets can be fed at the same time,    Every pc silicone gaskets passes through one individual  fixtures  , they are fed in one alignment and do not cross each other  ensuring smooth feeding process . 

Every pc gaskets passing under one sensor , once the sensor wheels are lifted up by the pulling silicone gaskets , the sensor light will be on and signal the feeding roller to feed silicone gaskets foward . 

 2,Straight cutting cross section of silicone gaskets allowing  good joint quality 

This small co extruded Silicone sponge O-ring production machine applies with  reinforced Cutting knife  struture , the cutting knife struture  are reinforces structure allowing stable and straight cutting cross section of silicone extrudes to length .

3, Drawing multi pcs silicone gaskets to length and auto dipping both ends silicone gaskets with silicone adhesive  ,dipping glue times can be set on the machine based on different product 

the clip hands molds and knife fixture molds are made  specifically based on different sizes silicone gaskets 

The glue brush board will be brushed with silicone adhesive  and the silicone gaskets ends will dip silicone adhesive from it ,after every dipping glue , the glue brush will brush back and forth for once ensuring there are always silicone adhesive on the dipping boards for consumption by the silicone gaskets for joining into o rings . 

after  left ends dipped with glue , the right end of silicone gaskets will also dip with glue ensuring right amount of glue applied on the joint for good  bonding

4,Auto bonding silicone gaskets in the hot mold , after glue dipping , the clip hands of the  small size silicone tube O-Ring gaskets automatic cutting and joining machine will place the silicone co extruded gaskets into the hot mold for heating curing the silicone adhesive and form good bond of silicone gaskets in 5-8 seconds with around 150 degrees for sponge silicone gaskets .
