The PVC O-Ring Gasket Fully Automatic Cutting and Bonding Machine is designed to streamline the complete production process of PVC gasket O-rings, including automatic feeding, straightening, heating, fixed-length cutting, glue dipping, bonding, and final collection for joint-quality inspection. The machine automatically feeds twisted PVC gaskets and uses an infrared heating tunnel to heat, harden, and straighten them, ensuring optimal conditions for producing high-quality bonded O-rings. After straightening, the machine performs precise fixed-length cutting, dips the ends in 502 or other cyanoacrylate adhesives, and bonds them into O-rings using a clipping-hand mechanism that securely holds the joint in position during  glue curing.

To support  joint quality of pvc o ring inspection, the machine is equipped with multiple collection bars that  hang the bonded O-rings in good order, allowing workers to easily check joint quality before packaging to control good quality . A glue-heating curing lamp is mounted above the bonding station to accelerate adhesive curing, shortening the production cycle and improving bonding strength and consistency. The upgraded soft ware  allows storage of up to 100 product parameter formulas—including cutting length, glue-dipping position, glue-dipping frequency, and glue-flow-down time—which can be retrieved instantly with a single key, greatly simplifying setup for  picking up production of previous type pvc gaskets . so workers don't have to set up parameters all over again which is conveninent to use .

The orginal pvc gaskets are in twisted form , it will be hard to be processed into good quality joint o rings , so we had invented this  heat curing tunnel which the pvc gaskets will get hardened  and straighten up after  the heating tunnel with infered light heating .

The benefit of the heat curing lamp is that it can speed up the curing of instant glue and get strong bonding of pvc o rings in quite short time and reduce 

one cycle time for making o ring product and increase productivity ensuring high quality bonded o rings output. 

6,Feeder shelf which allows 15pcs of  PVC gaskets to be processed at the same time 

Every pvc gaskets passes through one individual fixture and all 15 pcs gaskets are in one alignment and they do not cross each other in feeding process

Sound remover to reduce working noise and ensures a soundless working environment . 

7, Left and right clip hand are driven by high quality HFCA servo motor ensuring stable and precision movement are executed  

The right clip hand will draw pvc gaskets to fixed cutting length and dipping with instant glue , the left clip hand will take the cut to length gaskets and help bond pvc gaskets into o ring gaskets .after they finish one cycle movement and keep with the movement cycle.
