The Silicone O Ring seals fully automatic cutting and bonding machine with joint quality inspection  is designed for automatically cutting and bonding silicone tubes ,silicone sponge cords ,silicone rectangular gaskets and silicone profiles  into orings and inspect joint quality bonded  Orings ,   This machine had been equipped with a joint quality inspection system which  automatically detects and removes defective or weakly bonded O-rings and collect good joint O Rings  ensuring high quality Silicone O Ring gaskets are made .

Enhanced safety mechanism is applied with  transparent safety door providing clear visibility into the machine during operation. For worker protection, the machine halts immediately if the safety door is opened during operation with sensors loaded near safety door which will trigger alarm at same time when safey door opens .

With more intellegent cutting system , the cutting support boards are better supported to ensure straight cutting of silicone gaskets (for further good joint quaity )without bending back which affects straight cutting cross section .Only one-time cutting length setup is required per gasket type with auto calculation length compensation formula  , the machine features automatic length compensation and allows storage of up to 20 preset formulas, enabling quick setup and efficient operation.

Preheating device is loaded between the feeder and main machine to preheat silicone gaskets before bonding , preheating time and temeperature can be set freely, it will reduce adhesive bonding time (inrease productivity as one cycle time is reduced) and enhance permanant bonding strength especially for some hard to bond silicone gaskets . 

15 pcs of silicone tube or gaskets can be processed on the machine which ensures high productivity of 20000-36000pcs per day(based on the cutting length and gaskets size,10hour a day) 

The maximum cutting length of this silicone tube cutting and joining machine is 1.5 meter  and minimum processing length is 230mm , the gaskets diameter ranges 2-9mm ,  if we can want to process up to 12mm diameter gaskets , an extra enlarged feeder is required with 10 pcs gaskets to be processed at the same time  , the machine can process round ,square and other different shape silicone extruded gaskets by making different molds will be ok which is wide application .

The joint quality checking function allows users to set the pulling distance of the clipper hands, the duration of the hold, and the number of pulling times to test each gasket. During this process, weak or poorly bonded O-rings will naturally break under the tension. When the clippers release, the broken O-rings fall off, while the properly bonded O-rings remain on clippers. These good O-rings are then automatically pushed onto the conveyor belt for collection, effectively separating defective pieces from good quality ones.

1,Joint quality inspection  device , this Silicone O Ring seals fully automatic cutting and bonding machine with   joint quality inspection is good to use the joint quality inspection device will pull the clippers in reverse direction of 100mm gaskets streching  distance and pulling times and hold pulling time  can be set on the machine , once the clipper opens after pulling test , the bad joint O rings or weak joint O rings will break themself and fall off the clipper hand

For good joint O Rings which had passed the pulling tests , they will be pushed out into collection zone . 

For longer length gaskets of 1meter cut length , it works differently , the bad joint O rings will fall into collection baskets first and the good joint O Rings  will be fowarded  to the transport conveyor belt bands where the clipper will bend down  to drop them .compared to short sizes O rings , the separation of good and bad O ring  is different .

2， Preheating device , The preheating hot molds will heat press and preheat silicone gaskets in feeding process before bonding  which will reduce adhesive bonding time  （One cycle time）and consequently increase production efficiency , the bonding strength will be maximized and greatly enhanced for difficult bonding silicone gaskets . 

3,Safety door cover , this Silicone O Ring seals full automatic cutting and splicing machine with joint checking applies full transarent PC tough cover which allows workers to see clearly what happens inside without blocking vision in case of any emergency . it also has three color bee light on top of the machine , Red means machine starts alarm , Green means machine working ,yellow means machine stop working , it allows workers monitoring the machine from some distance away . 

The safety door also had been equipped with sensors for safety protection, when workers open the safety door , the machine will raise alarm and stop working  for protection of workers . 

If we want to open the machine to set parameter ,we can open the safety door on the right , the machine will still stop for protection purpose , but we can set  "Home" and get the machine  working again 

3, Feeder and fixtures  ,15 pcs silicone gaskets can be fed at the same time with the help of feeder shelf ,every pc silicone gaskets are fed through  one individual fixtures  and in one alignment . 

We know apply with one whole feeding valve to ensure stable and smooth feeding process . 

Every pc gaskets passes under the sensor wheels , the sensor wheels will be lifted up from away from the sensors under it and will trigger the feeding wheels to feed silicone gaskets automatically . then the silicone gaskets drop down again and sensor wheel touch down sensor , the feeding stops , in this repetitive process ,the feeding tension is avoided and cutting length precision is guranteed for making silicone O ring gaskets . 

4, Cutting knife   , this Silicone O Ring seals full automatic cutting and joining  machine with pulling test device  applies with easy to use thin knife  for cutting  silicone gaskets to straight edge with fixtures made under it of near size of silicone gaskets . the cushion board will lift up automatically for supporting cutting 

5 ,Left and right clip hands  , the silicone sealing Ring automatic bonding machine with joint inspection are equipped with left and right clip hands ,both clip hands had different function . they are driven by servo motor control

and place the adhesive dipped silicone gaskets into the hot mold , the hot mold will come foward to be placed with gaskets inside . 

after the hot mold heat curing the silicone adhesive to bond silicone O Ring gaskets , the inspection hands will take over the silicone gaskets from the hot mold  for moving to joint quality inspection process . 

6,Glue brushing sysem  , the glue brushing structure had been upgraded , the silicone glue will be more easy to clean up  than previous glue brushing system  easy to clean when the machine is not in use .  the silicone adhesive is held in a container and release by air pressure ,customer can set how many times glue brush for one release of silicone glue based on (consumption )the silicone gasket cross section sizes . 

The glue release amount controller is placed on top of glue brushing system,   unlike before, customer have to adjust it inside the machine box which is not so convenient . 

The glue brush boards will come down automatically for gaskets to dip with silicone adhesives , after every glue dipping ,it will brush against the glue brush boards back and forth for once . 

7,PLC Touch screen . the touch screen is simplified and easy to operate by workers ,the machine  has English , Chinese languages  as basic language, other language can also be customised based on customer's request.  Customer can set machine speed ,cutting length , total quantity ,,batch quantity (machine stops for a few while and keep working ) glue bonding time and temperature etc . 

Specialized length compensation formula of 20 groups ,based on different gaskets property , customer can create  a formula ,so when customer set any different  length on the touch screen ,the actual cutting length will be match setting length without manual making up the length difference by resetting again . 

8,Middle supporter , the  middle supporter of this  silicone O Ring seals full automatic cutting and joining  machine with pulling test device  will automatically lift up to support the silicone gaskets when gaskets material passing through it to avoid long length gaskets from weighing down and consequently maintains cutting length precision .
