The self adhesive silione sponge rubber oring fully automatic cutting and boning mahcine is designed for automatical cutting and joining self adhesive silicone sponge rubber gaskets into o ring gaskets featuring with 15 pieces to processed at the same time with high productivity and labour saving , the bonded o rings are nice joint without dislocation ,strong joint strength and small cutting length tolerance . 

Considering the adhesive backed double side tape can not stand very high temperature , so we set the heating temperature 130 degrees ,so the heating temperature will not melt off of the double side tapes at the joints  , after cooling down from heating in the hot mold of self adhesive silicone sponge rubber o ring fully automatic cutting and bonding machine , the joint will look nice and bonding strength will high after cooling down

The extruded  silicone spone rubber gaskets are laminated with double side tapes by our ES-087 Self adhesive silicone sponge rubber laminating machine  ,  the  double side tape laminated silicone sponge rubber gaskets are laminted well without dislocation
