【Product Details】

1,Release roller  , the self adhesive velcro rotary kiss die cut machine applies with air blooming rollers as release roller which the processing material can be placed here . there is also the air sucking zone which will suck and keep the processing velcro material attach to the sucking zone to keep material fed smoothly .

2,Lamination rollers , the lamination rollers are placed on both sides of the velcro rotary kiss cut machine which enables  the replacement of velcro release paper to release films .and also achieves kiss cut of velcro material at  the same time .

3, Rotary kiss cut knife mold . the kiss cut knife mold can also make fully die cut mold , it is made of mold steel ,every dot size mold should be made with one set kiss cut mold individuallly  and knowing the release film thickness is important for making precision kiss cut depth which cut through velcro material but not througth the release film . 

the kiss cut mold can also have slitting lines between every kiss cut dot  to achieve both kiss cut velcro and slit into different width. 

4, Collection rollers ,  There are five collection rollers on top of the  adhesive velcro rotary kiss cut laminating slitting machine  which can adjust their rotation direction clockwise or anti clockwise which is made for multi use

 for collection or releasing of different material at the same time .  the rolling foce can also be set . 

5,Collection rollers  ,the collection rollers will collect the kiss cut velcro or different slitted width velcro into rolls
