The ES-061-1 Automotive Air Conditioning Filter Four-Side Edge Bonding Production Line is a high-efficiency, fully automatic solution designed for precision bonding of cabin air filters. The Cabin Air Filter Manufacturing Machine supports a wide range of filter sizes, with lengths from 150–400 mm, widths from 120–300 mm, and heights from 10–60 mm, making it suitable for diverse automotive filter specifications. It is compatible with non-woven fabrics and carbon fiber composite materials, and supports edge strip heights and adhesive application widths of 10–60 mm, ensuring flexible production capability.

This fully Automatic four side Air Filter Edge Sealing Machine integrates automatic feeding, cutting, and bonding of edge strips for both long and short sides in a single continuous process. Long-side edge bonding is completed first, after which conveyor belts transfer the filter to the short-side bonding stations, ultimately discharging a fully four-side bonded finished product. With four workstations and an optimized process layout, the machine allows longer cold-curing time for adhesive, resulting in stronger bonding quality, improved product consistency, and higher overall efficiency.

The Automatic Car Cabin Air Filter Bonding Machine  ES-061-1 achieves a cycle time of 8–12 seconds per piece, depending on operator loading speed, and requires only one operator to run. Edge bonding height accuracy is controlled within ±0.5 mm, while edge strip length is precisely managed via PLC input with an accuracy of ±0.25 mm, ensuring excellent dimensional consistency. The equipment is powered by a robust electrical system (220V/380V, 50–60Hz), with a total power of 20 kW and an integrated 20-liter adhesive machine (16 kW), supporting stable high-speed production.

With a solid structure measuring 13,000 × 2,900 × 2,000 mm and weighing approximately 2,300 kg, the machine is engineered for long-term stability and industrial-grade reliability. Equipped with eight interchangeable fixtures made from aluminum alloy or 3D-printed materials, the ES-061-1 delivers a highly automated, precise, and efficient edge bonding solution tailored for modern automotive air filter manufacturing.

【Product Details】

 1,Bonding strip roller holder   .both ends of this  Cabin Air Filter Manufacturing Machine will have bonding strip holder at behind to feed with bonding strips accordingly  and hot melt glue machine will supply hot melt glue 

There is also the material lacking sensor equipped here , once the bonding strips had runned out , the machine will signal alarm and get the machine stopped working . 

 

2, Hot melt glue coating gun 

The hot melt glue will be carried through the tube to the coating gun , the coating gun will have even coating of hot melt glue on the bonding strips and after coating bonding strips , the bonding strip will be cut to length accordingly for edge bonding 

3, Four working station 

Below we can see the upgraded four working station, compared to the old method , four working station is more efficient and more easy for worker to use and each station is responsible for specifical duty as illustrated below. 

4, Filter paper distance line fixutre mold   , the foled air filter paper will be placed in the mold manually and the distance between folding lines of filter paper are thus determined by the molds 

 

5, Industrial cooler fans 

The  industrial cooler fan will cool down the hot melt glue which is coated on the bonding strips fastly to ensure quick bonding of bonding strips to air filter papers

The  strip bonded air filter paper will be taken to trimming the redudant ends 

6, Trimming ends unit  ,here we can see the ends of bonding strips are been trimmed off 

7 , Convey belt ,  the convey belt serves as brige for connecting long side edge bonding unit with short side edge bonding unit . 

8, Mechancial hand  

The mechanical hand will take over the strip bonded cabin air filter from convey belt to second short edge bonding process

10, Convey belt control  .
